At least 3 times a year we order a bone in ham and have never been disappointed! Well we ordered early pick up and that went fabulous again this year! Love the lunches and the service is amazing! I don’t know what happened to the sugary coating but it seems to have disappeared this time also the ham was darker cured then usually, there was not one piece of this ham that came off in one piece as a nice slice for a dinner plate, and was very very dry even after basting very big disappointment, will dice up for soup if I even have the energy to do that since it will take a lot of trimming! Will rethink Easter menu but not willing to spend that amount again on a ham that has gone down in quality
It has been a while since I had been here so we decided to have lunch. Christopher took our order. He helped so much! They have affordable family meal deals and that’s what we got. We enjoyed the smoked turkey and ham sandwiches. I was skeptical about the potato salad but Christopher said it was good and he was so right. I was surprised at how good it was. We will definitely be taking advantage of more of the family deals.
Everything’s frozen and you have to cook it yourself at home. I like the old honey baked ham Company. Where you can walk in and get a hot ham and hot sides.
The food was delicious as always! I would like to especially shout out Karen for her exceptional service. She was very kind and has great customer service skills!
Cleanliness 5/5. Place was spotless. The cashier/food prep guy changed his gloves constantly which was awesome whenever he had to go in the freezer or whatnot. Service 5/5. The food prep/cashier was very kind and nice. I wish they offered a bathroom but since they didn't have chairs, tables or a dining area I suppose it wadn't their intention to have customers stick around Quality 5/5. It was decent. Thick cut ham slices. Price 3/5. Two meals, $20 (sandwich, bag of chips, bottled drink). Too much.
