The Honey Baked Ham Company

I ordered a prime rib online and when I got there I was told you had to pay in advance. Everyone in there was wearing a try out prime rib badge. Fix your online mistake please! I would have paid in advance had I known

So, I just moved to town and Honey Baked Ham was a family favorite until today’s experience. I ordered the 1lb sliced roasted turkey, placed a few pieces on my 1 year old’s plate, then started eating one myself and immediately realized the disgusting taste and slime from the meat. The date on the package says January 25th, but this is false. Today is January 23rd and this is not edible. Now my family has to find a whole new option for tonight’s dinner. Honestly, I’ll never choose Honey Baked Hams again, especially this location. Update: After speaking with their General Manager they aren’t willing to provide a refund, nor credit to purchase sides rather than the meat that I’ve already stated I don’t want. Very good sandwiches and sides. Prices are reasonable and when compared to eating at “Subway” there is no comparison. Sandwiches are substantial and sides are great. It’s hard to see from freeway, so it’s usually not crowded.

Always great food at this place. The staff was very nice and helpful. I ordered online and everything went smooth and easy

I actually LOVED my turkey & ham sandwich it was DEFINITELY delicious, I have NO complaints... Will DEFINITELY be going back, and making it a WEEKLY lunch visit...
