Ordered for clients lunch, 30-40 people at most, and was quoted the wrong amount of food I’d need because not everyone even got a plate

I always visit Honey Baked Ham during the holiday season, and even though they’re incredibly busy, they run a great system that keeps everything organized. The quality of the food is consistently excellent, and my orders are always ready on time. The only thing that keeps it from being a perfect five stars is the long line—but honestly, that’s out of their control given how popular they are. I keep coming back to this location because they’re reliable, consistent, and always deliver exactly what I pre-ordered. Highly recommend!

I just want to give the biggest shoutout to Mike, the manager at Honey Baked Ham. He was truly a blessing this Thanksgiving. My family and I were in a tough spot and thought our holiday meal was ruined, but Mike stepped in and completely saved the day. He went above and beyond to help us and even made sure we left with the biggest, most beautiful ham. His kindness, professionalism, and heart honestly meant the world to us. Beware ordering for the holidays. I placed a prepaid order for a 12lb ham, which is the size ham I need. That’s why I picked that size. When I came to pickup my order the largest they have is 9lbs. They refunded me the difference but I don’t want my money back, I want the ham that I paid for. Been coming here for almost 10 years for thanksgiving, won’t be returning.

I reserved and paid for a 12 pound ham. When I got to the store they did not have the size I purchased, gave me a smaller ham, and told me that I would receive a credit. The credit never came and, when I called the store, the manager (Michael/Richmond Ave), told me that the issue was between me and my credit card company. Anyone else get ripped off like I did?
