This Honey Baked Ham is great! Everyone there is very kind. Michael helped me this time. He was very knowledgeable about their recipes! Their Ham salad is one of my favorites! Great value, plus they always give you points and if you fill out a survey you get a "buy one get one" for next time! This place is a must go, and is now in my permanent lunch spot rotation!

Very good service. Love the turkeys for Thanksgiving and Hams for Christmas. They also sell the ham bones for split pea soup. The customer service is always top notch. Friendly and informative if any questions. I have been a repeat customer for too many years to count now. I spent about $90 to feed 17 people and had a few leftovers

Our family ordered prime rib, turkey, and ham for Christmas this year from Honey Baked Ham. All three were absolutely disgusting. The turkey looked and tasted like cheap lunch meat. The picture shows what Honey Baked Ham advertises as their prime rib vs. what we received. We had 7.5 lbs of prime rib from here and our entire roast looked like the picture I’ve shared, excessive disgusting amounts of fat throughout the entire roast. The heating instructions they give you are also inaccurate, the heating times are way too long, we heated our roast precisely per their “medium” instructions and what little meat our roast had (since is was mostly fat) came out well done.

Once I got past their interesting maze of a rope line (no other customers in the store at first) they were able to look up my order and provide nice looking products. Will taste it in a few days and try to update after Christmas.

Tried the prime rib for the 1st time and it was disappointing. Was dry and flavorless. Was hoping for a good seasoning of flavor. Also very fatty. Had to waste a good amount of food because it was fatty.
