The Honey Baked Ham Company

Not just Holiday fan fare food!!! Been a fan of eating in at Honey Baked Ham for years! The go to are their pita pockets, but recently, I had to try the Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado sandwich. It was delicious, as usual. For non holiday specific take out, their BBQ ribs are amazing, pair well with their frozen beans, and with the blueberry coffee cake as a good dessert.

Everyone was nice customer service good. The ham sandwich, well the ham is good but not that good. It left me wondering if I had any ham on my sandwich. It has a lot of other stuff on it, nice and thick, not much ham, nice and thin. I didn't come to eat bread and lettuce, and tomato and onion and a little bit of ham. Your store is called honey baked ham.

Ordered a meal for Christmas about 3 weeks before with scheduled pickup the day before Christmas. I arrived at opening to pick up the meal and I was told they were out of one of the sides in my order. I thought ordering ahead of time would have them set aside things for my order, but they were just fulfilling the pre-orders from the stock they had on hand. A terrible system.

Wow just wow! This place is slammed for the holiday and they handled it with grace and compassion for everyone. The line was long and out the building at times. The man in front of me was very grouchy and not nice but they all handled it without a ruffle and kept the line moving. They do have a great lunch menu as well but this review is about the holiday rush! Online order was awesome, the email and communication was great!

Mostly take out. Not what I expected. Selling frozen sides. Selling hams, halves and whole hams. Spiral cut. Sandwiches made with ham pieces...not the lovely spiral cut ham.... Friendly people. My expectation was not realistic. I'm old so I remember everything "Honey Baked Ham" in a different context. Maybe more high end. 🙏❤️
