I’m leaving this review for my mom who isn’t tech savvy. My mom and dad ate at this HBH 2-3 times per week until a few months ago. My mom got food for my sister and dad. She got her drink and was going to order her food to go after she took my nephews next door for haircuts. Nicole, the manager, who clearly has no customer service skills or management acumen, tried to embarrass my mom by telling her she couldn’t fill her drink if she left in front of all the other customers in the restaurant. My mom is the most honest person I know and has never stolen a thing in her life. Nicole, please learn to take care of loyal, repeat customers. We used to always order turkey at thanksgiving and ham at Christmas in addition to the countless lunches my family and I have eaten here over the years. I hop

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere was bright and inviting.

The sandwiches are great. I stopped going because they never have Mac and Cheese as a side item even though it is listed and priced. At first, for months I was told they would have it as a side item after Easter of 2025. They dont even now. I can justify paying 12 or 13 dollars for a sandwich with a side item to go with it. I can't justify paying over $10 for just a sandwich. When they get their sides consistent everyday, I will return.

Was told by a friend to eat here...So today was my Very 1st time eating at Honey Baked Ham and it did not disappoint!! Everything was delicious! I got the Turkey Bacon Blitz and the broccoli salad...so good!you have a new customer!🥰🥰

My 1st time eating here & this is the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. #1 sandwiches in the city!!
