The Honey Baked Ham Company

We have purchased these hams for over 20 years due to the superior quality and taste, but the ham we purchased for our family Christmas party was the worse ham I have ever purchased from Honey Baked Ham. As you can see from the pictures, the volume of fat was extremely disappointing. Once I sliced up the ham, I had about 2 pounds of fat. This ham cost $137 and I was quite embarrassed serving this to my family. I had to run to the store and purchase some meatballs to ensure we had enough food for our family gathering. I submitted a customer review on the Honey Baked Ham website 5 days ago and have not received a response.

My mother and I had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant. We knew the line would be long, which was fine, but after waiting and ordering one ham and three ham sliders, we decided to place a second order of sliders and purchase frozen ham biscuits. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, my mother politely asked about our order. The two young women prepping food were rude in their responses, insisting they made orders in the order received — even though we clearly saw other customers who arrived after us receive their food first. One employee was even texting with one hand while preparing food with the other. Things escalated when another customer began using racial slurs toward us. Shockingly, the manager told us to calm down and leave rather than addressing the man’s abus

It's pricey but usually worth it. Holiday lines can be long, so plan accordingly and consider picking up your food at least a few days in advance. The smoked turkey is my favorite but the ham is good as well.

Everyone knows that time of year for the holidays that it may be hectic picking up a ham, however my experience was fantastic! Service was quick, lots of employees helping get preorders and walk ins out the door! Best experience I've ever had with this company!

I will say their food is good but if I make an online order, it should not take 30 minutes to get done when I come in the store and see everybody just sitting around WITH NO CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE…that is very frustrating especially for somebody who is on a lunch break. The girl told me the order hadn’t even been made yet and I placed it 15 minutes prior to me getting into the store. When I got there, it took her two minutes to make the food. I am disappointed in you honey baked do better.
