I caught it on a rare time that it was quiet during lunchtime. Those little ham and cheese sliders are amazing. I didn’t even know that they served smaller lunch meals. In addition to the glorious Honey baked ham they also have a large freezer full of all types of sides you could literally get all you need for dinner while you pick up lunch.

I bought 2 bone in half hams for Christmas at the Waldorf MD location. Spent almost $200.00. Both were a disappointment. The glazing, which is why we buy them, was non-existant. And they weren't sliced very well. But the glazing was a major, major letdown. I will never buy them again. We were all so looking forward to that meal and it just bombed.

Purchased ham. Wasn’t please with it. Was told they had a new glazer and would be happy to fix it. When I called to get my replacement ham I received the worst customer service ever. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. When they did pick up I was told they were closed. The following day I went to the store. Even though I had pictures and receipt they gave me every excuse not to make it right. This location needs new staff. The quality of workers has gone down the past few years. It’s actually sad to see and witness. Prices have gone up tremendously while customer service has decreased.

I purchased a $74 ham on Christmas Eve and when I hot home I noticed the first few slices were great however after that the slices were all slithered with fat with meat at the very bottom of the slice. I called the store right away and was told to take pictures and send an email. I never heard anything back so I decided to follow up and was told that I was wrong and all my guests were wrong that the ham was suppose to be like that. I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have never had this happen. Please check your ham before leaving the store to make sure it’s not slithered fat ham because you will not get a refund.
