We went to starbucks, everyone was standing around, no customers, not even a hello. Glad we found this little gem in juction! What a wonderful little coffee trailer. You can tell they are working hard for their customers and it shows. We will come back every trip through junction. Thanks honey bean coffee ❤️

Great little coffee stop on our road trip through west Texas! Really, really good quality beans for the latte and flat white, great chai lattes, delicious cookies, and friendly service with a huge smile!! No upcharge for oat milk, a huge plus. Very pleasant experience - you won’t regret it!

This is a must visit location while you visit or drive through Junction. The owner/worker was super nice and the drinks were divine! One of the best matcha and dirty chai latte’s we’ve ever had! They even have a cute stamp reward card and milk substitutes and a lot of flavors. If I ever swing by Junction again, I will definitely come back.

Very nice people and the espresso was delicious! We stopped through the town on a drive to San Antonio for gas, and for anyone fiending for coffee, this is a go-to stop! They have some cute seating as well, but we had to get back on the road. I got a chocolate mocha and the hubby a regular coffee.

Good vibes and stellar coffee. Actually the best coffee I have ever had. The lemon crinkle cookie was just like mom used to make. A must try if you're passing through!!
