The Hood

Had the Hood burger with onion rings and Philly egg rolls and fried pickles. The onion rings the best like funnel cake meets onion not sweet just perfect! Pickles good but would lose the corn meal. Philly egg rolls tons of flavor just let them cool 6-7 min the second bite will burn your lip from the delicious melted cheese! I burnt mine but worth it. Service was great! I hope enough ppl come to eat and keep this place open! Will be back, because there are not many options here.

I love the hood. The staff is very nice and attentive. The food is also very delicious I am always suprised when I order a different burger and it had a different seasoning flavor than the last ! COME HERE ITS AMAZING. Also half off burger on Thursdays

Classy spot with a cool mid-century vibe. Grilled local oysters with miso were perfect. Gouda mushroom burger cooked medium rare with crispy garlic fries were sooo good. Onion rings are a must!! battered in-house, huge portion. Great beer selection. Best food near the courthouse. would give a thumbs up for recommendationsss

The Hood has a cool, laid-back vibe and a menu that’s a bit different from the usual spots around town. The food was flavorful and the portions were decent, and the staff seemed genuinely friendly. It’s a nice place to grab a casual dinner with friends. Service was a little slow during peak time, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, a solid local spot worth checking out.

The food wasnt very good. The steak on the salad was small and not cooked how I wanted it. I asked for medium and it came well-done. The waitress didn't seem to care too much she said she would let the chef know and that was about it. The ranch was very very runny like water, it looked like milk. Honestly didn't even try it because I was afraid of getting sick. The onion rings had oil dripping off of them, very oily. I also asked for a mango mimosa but it tasted like orange. Overall wouldn't recommend this place and won't be returning.
