The Inn At Dirickson Creek

Excellent Inn, facilities and owner. The location is quiet and close to the beach and shopping. The rooms are large, well equipped and spotless. The Inn itself has a full kitchen, large dining area and a pool and ping pong table. A wonderful Inn that is our first call when heading to the Delaware or Maryland beaches! The owner is there when you need him and always is quick to respond. A friendly, responsive owner that has always made our stays there memorable and worry free. Very, very highly recommended!

Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I visit LSD. Excellent facilities, gorgeous inn & scenery, and incredible, accommodating hosts. Jacob and Adele really make it such a welcoming and cozy stay, just minutes from restaurants and beaches. I look forward to my next stay with them!

I am almost hesitant to share about this Gem! The location is quite and peaceful yet close to everything. The second floor room we had was very clean and comfortable. The inns common areas are spotless, comfortable and plenty of room to spread out, play games and enjoy the light breakfast. Jacob is quick to respond to request or questions and is a friendly host. We will be returning.

Wholeheartedly recommend this place! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and super clean. You will find everything you need. The Inn itself is a nice place to relax in a lovely location. Breakfast was great as well. Jacob is a wonderful host and we felt home right away. We will definitely return. Stay there if you are in the area!

Had a very pleasant stay at this lovely inn for a recent weekend. Set in a quiet, wooded setting on the edge of Assawoman Wildlife Refuge, it's a short and easy drive over to the beach towns, but away from the crowds. The owner/manager Jacob is terrific - very friendly, helpful with local knowledge and recommendations (big scores on restaurant referrals!), and really attentive to the property and the guests. The Inn was immaculate and there were plenty of reminders around about cautions needed due to the pandemic. Our room was charming and comfortable, and had a great screened porch as an added bonus. Recommend this hidden gem as a great option for those needing some time at the coast but also some quiet space.
