Rancho Santa Fe Inn is undeniably beautiful, historic, and full of charm. The grounds are peaceful, the architecture is stunning, and it truly has the potential to deliver a five-star experience. The staff overall are kind and engaging, but unfortunately the level of attentiveness doesn’t always match what you would expect from a resort of this caliber. Service throughout my visit felt inconsistent. At the café, for example, there were small but noticeable lapses in hospitality — details that may seem minor but matter when you are paying for and expecting a luxury experience. I had such an incredible time at The Inn. Although there were a couple of hiccups the first night of my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure the rest of my trip was absolutely perfect. The room I stayed in was so charming, super spacious, with a huge balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. Plus, it had a nice little cozy fireplace which was a huge bonus for me. The food from Morada was also super yummy. I ordered room service 3 times during my stay and it was also delivered super fast. Most importantly is the customer service. The staff here is amazing! They were all so kind and helpful.

We booked our stay at The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe for my son’s wedding weekend, drawn to its historic charm, recent renovations, serene grounds, and unbeatable location right across the street from our wedding venue. The property is beautiful—peaceful gardens, elegant rooms, and a refined ambiance that felt perfect for family coming together. On February 19, 2026—the night before the wedding—our group of 12 seniors (all over 60 years old, with perhaps one in their late 50s) gathered at Bing’s Bar as registered hotel guests to relax and reconnect after family members had arrived from all over the country on different flights. My husband and I recently stayed a weekend at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe to celebrate our Anniversary and Christmas season. We had a lovely time. The room was clean & comfortable. The grounds were nicely decorated. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Meals at Lillian’s Restaurant were delicious (brunch & dinner served indoors/outdoors with a beautiful view from the patio). Highly recommend.

Awesome cocktails with the most hospitable and knowledgeable bartenders to match. Every time I'm in that area i know I'll be treated well and be served a bomb drink! Room was super cool and bar service done by pros 👌🏾👌🏾we'll be back again and again!
