The Inn on Negley

What a beautiful Inn! Each room was unique and offered private baths, cozy beds and some with fireplaces. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast choices were fantastic. Next time I am in Pittsburgh, this is where I will stay. The area was Shady side and there are plenty of eateries nearby, felt very safe walking around too!

Visited The Inn for noon tea and it was quite a pleasurable experience. Did not use the accommodations for an overnight stay, so cannot speak to that. Otherwise, the unlimited variety of teas were quite good, as were the miniature finger sandwiches (delicious), and the scones & sweet treats. I don't know how they justify the lofty price ($90), but this is more about the experience of spending a couple hours with someone who you enjoy spending time with.

We went for high tea for my mother-in-law’s birthday yesterday and it was wonderful. Booking was simple and service was outstanding. The tea selection was great and I loved the Lemon Ginger. I would highly recommend for any event or for a fun afternoon!

Beautiful Inn. It’s like being in English guest house with a tea room. Comfortable rooms furnished with antique furniture. Located in the best Pittsburgh neighborhood of Shady Side and everything it has to offer: restaurants, shops, etc. Absolutely excellent service by staff and especially by Inn keeper John. Highly recommend. My place to stay when in Pittsburgh.

So nice Rose is especially lovely, I stayed here Summer 2025 with my mom and we loved it, highly reccomend very comfortable room with great amenities. Very close to so many tasty places, and breakfast is superb! Will come again
