Placed an online order at 12:15, and didn’t receive it until 1:40 after arriving at 1 to pick it up. I told the staff I was there to pick up and they told me it would take another 20 mins. For the next 40 mins I waited as I saw other people who ordered after me get their food first. I kept reminding them about my order and they kept saying it was nearly done but I’m convinced they didn’t start making any of it until 20 mins after I arrived to pick it up. Terrible, will not go back again.
Gabe provided exceptional costumer service. He was patient , upbeat, and had such a good attitude towards us when we were deciding on what to order it was very refreshing!
Website says that this location has the full menu in 2025 and this is not true.
