The Juicy Crab

Hi there, I just wanted to share a quick note about our recent visit to Juicy Crab. Our server, Vinny was fantastic! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, and even gave us some great appetizer recommendations. He made our dining experience really enjoyable. We came down for the cricket celebration bowl and had a great time. Now we’re heading back to Orangeburg, South Carolina, feeling satisfied and grateful for Vinny amazing service. Vinny…. My cousin from another auntie!!!! Service was awesome and very accommodating!!! Food was on point as always. The Lemon Drops????? FABULOUS!!! Thanks Vinny for making me feel welcomed to stay as long as I wanted!!! Oh and the fried okra was all that!!

I walked in and they were immediately lit singing a customer happy birthday! The waitress Chan came super quick and she was so pretty. She was nice, warm, and friendly. The food was good. If there was anything I wanted or needed adjusted, Chan and the staff handled it very quickly. The vibe was lit. They played all the old school songs I had to clean up to. This place is good! Overall, I do like this Juicy Crab location and I'd definitely come back again.

I literally come here all the time — and only this location. The food is usually AMAZING. Their juicy special sauce used to be to die for. That’s honestly why I keep coming back. But tonight was different. Right after introducing herself, our waitress told us if we left her a good review she’d give us free mozzarella sticks. I said sure because I genuinely love this place. But the service wasn’t great. It took forever to get our food and even longer to get the bill. And the food? Something was off. The crab legs were super watery and didn’t pair well with the sauce in the broil bag at all. The flavor just wasn’t hitting like it usually does. I don’t know if they’re under new management or what, but it definitely wasn’t the same. She came back and reminded us to leave the review so she

Vinny was amazing. He’s funny. His service is great. I’m coming back just because of Vinny. also, the food was good. I finished it all.
