The Juicy Crab

The food was good I had a combo with crab legs, corn, and potatoes. It was seasoned very well and spicy just how i like it. My server was horrible can't remember her name but she wore a face mask. She was very rude and not attentive at all, but the manager stopped by my table and she was extremely nice. I believe her name was Kandy. She was such a sweet heart and she made sure i had everything I needed.

Soon as we walked in we were seated right away. Our server was Deja and she was on it. She told us the things we needed to know. She served with a smile and she was a great server and I appreciated how through out the whole experience she wasn't far. The food was delicious and I time her was great.

From the moment we were seated, Phoenix was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. The service was quick, the recommendations were spot-on, and the energy was so positive. Phoenix checked on us often without ever being intrusive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you visit Juicy Crab, ask for Phoenix, and you won’t be disappointed! Excellent customer service and a wonderful personality. We’ll definitely be back!

Visited Juicy Crab in Macon, GA today for lunch. Was greeted and taken care of by Sasha today. Sasha was very knowledgeable and had some great suggestions. She was very attentive and accommodating. I started off with the Dobel juice Marg and babyyyy it was good and strong. Had cheese sticks for an appetizer and they were warm and gooey. I ordered the #27 1 cluster, headless shrimp, potato, and corn. The food came out hot. I also ordered fries and asked to have them crispy and they were definitely crispy and hot.

I had Steamed oysters and crab/shrimp boil. It was so delicious!! 🤤. my waitress was great, she Had personality and was super sweet! I will definitely be back!
