The meat was outstanding—perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful. Everything was delicious, from the bread to every cut we tried. The service was excellent and very efficient. Special thanks to Hernán, the grill master, whose great energy and friendliness made us feel at home. He even stopped by before ending his shift to check on us—truly a legend. The only small detail was that the tomato tasted a bit aged. I’d happily come back.

We had an amazing time at Knife—everything from the atmosphere to the food was top-tier. But what truly made the night exceptional was the service. Alían and Anell V went above and beyond. They were attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, patient with questions, and genuinely warm and welcoming. You can tell when someone actually cares about giving great service—and they absolutely do. Every recommendation was spot-on, timing was perfect, and we never once felt rushed or forgotten. Service like this elevates a great restaurant into an unforgettable experience. Huge shout-out to Alían and Anell V for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back—and asking for them again!

Donatello was the center of the service tonight, always on point and ready to make a great service!. A total waste of money. We spent the entire meal drinking water because our server spoke no English and couldn't explain how the 'all-inclusive' system worked. It wasn’t until we were leaving that another waiter mentioned we were entitled to unlimited wine and dessert. The salad bar was unlabelled and looked like it had been sitting out for hours, and my dessert looked disgusting and tasted like it came from a can. For a place that charges more than Fogo de Chão, the lack of communication and poor food quality is a joke. Never again.

The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the incredible variety of freshly prepared dishes made the evening feel like a true feast. Everything we tried was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. What made the evening especially memorable was the outstanding service provided by Elain. He was incredibly professional, warm, and charismatic, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire meal.
