The Landing Restaurant

Love the Landing! Great food and fun, and of the best music venues in Rhode Island. So many fun time here with live music. On Bowens wharf so perfect for the oyster fest and the seafood festivals. Fourth of July too! Recommend biking here from the bike path. Also Jamestown ferry is a good way to get to and see Newport.

Super fun summer restaurant. Plenty of seating out on the deck where you can see/hear the boats going by. I would recommend reserving a table. I went with a larger group and had no issues. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We ordered mussels, calamari and oysters which were all outstanding. The drinks were great. I will definitely be back!

Went for dinner. They are on the wharf and have outdoor seating facing the boats. The drinks are expensive, $17-$20 each. The menu is very limited for vegetarian dishes, they had one entree. The shrimp scampi and salmon were good. The server was busy with other tables, so I had to get up and ask for grated cheese which arrived promptly. The portions are smaller than expected. The bar area had a good band and was packed. Overall, it is a good place for music and drinks.

We had such a delicious meal tonight at “The Landing”! The live music was delightful and the design of the place was lovely! We loved being right on the water! Our waitress Ellie was so prompt, friendly, and helpful! She made us feel right at home! She got us everything we needed and listened attentively; the service was quick and thorough! Our food was totally scrumptious and we enjoyed it so much! We had such a fantastic time!

Great location! Nice bartender! Fun atmosphere! Food was mediocre. Coconut fish bites were mushy and too spiced. Looked like they dumped hot sauce on them:( stuffed quahog had very little quahog. I am disappointed. Was here with my best friend so it was still a good time!
