The service was excellent , upon entering the gentleman greeted us and went over menu options and gave us excellent recommendations. The fish, calamari and mushrooms are incredible. The batter is absolutely delicious! We also got the clam strips, popcorn shrimp and jalapeno poppers, which were good but already pre battered so not as fresh tasting. Portions are generous so prices seem fair for the amount of food you get.

We drove all the way from seattle to visit friends in Salinas California and this place was recommended to us by my boyfriend friend. Love the music 🎶 and atmosphere here. Staff is Super friendly! My favorite was the fried fish🐟, then the sweet potatoes fries, then the crinkle fries🍟, then the jalapeno poppers🌶 and then the coleslaw.

Great spacious ambiance with good food. This is a solid choice if you plan to have fish and chips. You order at the counter and then seat yourself. They have a maritime theme with beautiful murals and models of lighthouses for decor. You also get an extra slide of fish with every meal that you choose. We ordered the combination meal of 2 fish with popcorn shrimp with a cup of clam chowder and jalapeno poppers. The clam chowder was excellent - warm, not too thick, just the right amount of salt and delicious. The battered fish was decent - I would have liked slightly thicker fish fillets and less batter, but it was delicious. The popcorn shrimp was excellent. The only two things worthy on the menu is the creamy clam chowder bread bowl and the deep fried batter fish🔥 🔥 🔥. Coleslaw tasted horrible and the fries were ok.

The fish was a delightful English style. So perfectly battered that you could actually see and taste the fish! HUGE pieces! You order 1 piece and you get 2, you order 2 and you get 3 etc. Incredible size portions. The crinkle cut fries cooked perfectly! Lightly salted to enjoy throughly.
