Great Spot for a Relaxing Meal While Shopping! We stopped in at The Local while Christmas shopping in the area, and it made for such a great family experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was genuinely friendly from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of plenty of shops and all within easy walking distance. It was the perfect place to take a break, unwind, and recharge before heading back out. The food was delicious with generous, hearty portions that left everyone satisfied. Whether you’re looking to sit and relax or just regroup before more shopping, The Local is a wonderful choice. Highly recommend!

Drew and Bailey were seriously the BEST!! We hosted my aunt’s 50th birthday there, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. They were so accommodating and genuinely nice, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Truly a 10/10 experience across the board—atmosphere, customer service, food, etc!

Food was good. Heather brought us water and then took our order. A young man that was a runner brought our food and he was very nice. Our food did came out in reasonable time however , Heather did pass by us a few times not checking on us. She did have what look to be a couple of bigger parties. Halfway through our dinner, We had to ask another waitress, that we had to stop, to get us refills. About 15 min went by and no refills. When she came back, she only brought one drink after waiting another 10ish or so minutes. I was getting up to ask where i can pay our bill then i saw Heather was coming with our teas. Finally—a local spot with great food and live music every day of the week! Some of our favorites include the pretzel bites (especially for dessert—trust me), loaded local fries, the wings—the Local sauce is my favorite with a sweet heat that has just the right amount of kick. Pickle chips are solid. The fried chicken sandwich is also SO good, but it’s huge so you better be hungry, get the sweet potato fries with it, you’ll thank me later. Their blue cheese & ranch dressings must be house made cause they are both incredible. They also do lunch specials & all of their pricing is really affordable for the area. Music: Fantastic local talent & songwriters from all over Nashville area come to play here. They have their regulars certain nights of the week which is cool. It’s such a treat to go

I've had several things off the menue and it's all delicious!! It's definitely a great place to grab lunch or dinner with friends. The staff and waitress's are sweet, attentive, and a pleasure to have serve us. The music is always local up & and coming, and some very well-known songwriters. The owner, Geoff, is the best!! He absolutely is a genuine human and loves what he does and loves his customers. Be sure to get the G Off burger!!! It's delicious!! The salmon is also fantastic, and the chicken fingers are the best in town!!
