The Loft At Strafford Farms

Went out with some friends for the first time to the Loft and we were all impressed with what we were walking in to. Great atmosphere and waitress was very pleasant. However, we all ordered meals and only two of us Got the correct meal, they took the incorrect meal back and by the time they delivered the right meal the rest of us were done eating and the scallops were not cooked all the way had to send them back to recook. We reached out to the waitress to check if they would comp in anyway for this inconvenience, she had to check with the manager, and to find out that all he offered us was a free small ice cream. It's been 5 years since we've been to The Loft. Friends and I always loved their pizza, rather pleased it was still as we remember, very good! Could've come out a bit sooner as it could've been hotter but still good. And not skimpy on the feta! Server was new, but did a good job especially as they got busy

Waited an hour and a half for our food. Got our to-go orders before our actual meals even came out (like 15 minutes after we ordered it). Orders were wrong. Waitress was completely miserable. So miserable in fact that I felt bad for her. She didn't smile once, she was rude, and simply seemed put out to being there. Having worked in restaurants before, I know how tough it can be so I always give the benefit of the doubt. However, this was not our first dining experience with her and the impression was the same this time around. I believe this restaurant could be a little more successful with a MUCH smaller, focused menu and a change in wait staff. Great bar tender. Very friendly and attentive. Good beer selection! And good food! Everyone that goes there is friendly. Great place for bar food and beer, meet up with friends after work. I'd definitely check it out if you are looking for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere with good food and a pretty good beer selection. With a few local beers on draft.

Mother’s Day at the Loft was absolute chaos! We arrived on time. Walked into the Loft through and passed the buffet line. Three waitresses were in discussion at the end of the bar when I interrupted. Cassie was our waitress and under the circumstances did a great job but she had too much to do. At one point she actually had to run downstairs to get more plates. The food was good but the eggs and French toast was cold as was the eggs Benedict. The fruit bowl was empty and there were no small bowls for it. The beans and strawberries were hot. I went back to the buffet but there was nothing refilled but a waitress said to other customers that refills of the food trays would be soon. Ten minutes later nothing had happened.
