The Maple Cafe

I stopped in today while shopping and the owner of the shop was just an absolute pleasure to speak with. I ordered a Rueben and I’m not going to lie it was the best Rueben I’ve had in years, 100% recommend stopping in here while you’re in the mall!

Had the 1/2 Sandwich and 1/2 soup combo and a pumpkin spice decaf iced latte. I enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich (grilled). The whole wheat bread was great quality, and I could tell it was fresh as how they advertise it on the board. I was a bit disappointed with the soup. They had the broccoli cheese soup for the day. Realized they were microwaving the soup in the back. The temperature came out okay, but it felt like something was missing. Perhaps if they could keep the soup warm in small batches on an induction hot plate or some type of soup warmer, that may make the soup taste better. Enjoyed the iced latte. The atmosphere is nice, and I like how they have a piano inside. The staff is quite friendly.

Quaint cafe with delicious coffee and good food. The sourdough bread hit the spot. Toasted and crispy, yet soft and delicate. Ham and cheese sandy with the latte?🤙 superb combo. I recommend this cafe. Worth the trip

Delicious coffee if you can catch them when they're open. Many sweets to indulge in as well. Conveniently located inside the Valley Mall. I just wish their hours were the same as the mall hours.

Highly recommend. Great service, food, and I love the layout. Best place to get coffee especially in the mall.
