The Meadows Original Frozen Custard

10/10. First time here and got a small cookie dough with Oreo arctic swirl mixed in. It was very thick and there were cookie dough pieces in every bite! As someone who likes ice cream with a ton of mix-ins, this was a hit!

EXCELLENT Customer Service!! We ordered a cake for my mother-in-laws birthday. Due to the predicted snowstorm, we thought it may interfere with being able to pick the cake up on the scheduled date. However, to our suprise, an employee named Q from The Meadows called us on a day when the store was closed for business. He said his manager had asked him to reach out to us to see if we wanted to come by the store and pick up the cake early, even though the store was closed that day for business. Q came into the store on his day off to make this happen. He was so friendly! This is going above and beyond in providing excellent service, and it is greatly appreciated! I had the chocolate and salted caramel pretzel custard in a waffle cone and it was delicious! The girl working there was sweet, talked to us a little bit, and told us thanks for coming several times. It was a chilly day here and there was no one else in there so glad we could give her a little company! The ice cream sandwiches she just made were huge and looked delicious !

2 days in a row. Had to bring both daughters here since I brought only one daughter here yesterday. One chose the gelati and the other chose the cookie dough vanilla custard. I did the same smoothie that I did yesterday. Delicious! Second impression was just as good as and or better than my first impression. Daughter was sad because the last day of kindergarten. Took her to the playground and brought her here to cheer her up. 2 really nice young employees suggested Italian Ice for my daughter, so she got the strawberry lemonade Italian Ice and I got the strawberry raspberry blueberry pineapple smoothie.
