The Melt

Overall a good burger and experience. I've been here multiple times with myself and about 15 people. My favorite is the Swiss and shroom burger, it reminds Mr of a juicy butter burger from Culver's but better. The bbq melt bacon burger is another one of my favorite here. I wish they would put a much of the French onion on there as pictured but from here on it I guess I will simply ask for extra. Consistency in every burger is what would earn them 5 stars on the food aspect. A few times the burger wasn't seasoned and another time the burger was dry. I think they do a better job than the cut burger in Irvine. Milk shakes we tried are vanilla and cookies and cream. They are watery in flavor but have a good consistency. They seem more on a blushes side instead of a creamy fairy milk side. Def

The food absolutely delivered too. The BBQ Bacon Meltburger was incredible. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly put together, it’s the kind of burger you keep thinking about after you leave. The garlic parmesan fries were just as good, crispy, well seasoned, and packed with flavor. Everything came out fresh and exactly how you hope it will.

Our search for something cheesy did not disappoint when we came across The Melt. Their mac and cheese is mouth-watering with a crispy breadcrumb topping. The burgers and fries are delicious too but the mac and cheese definitely stole the show for us. Visiting from South Africa the pickle was a fun little addition.

food came out quick and was so good! excellent and efficient service. we loved the mac & cheese and classic burger!

The food was overall really good. I had the melty mac, tomato soup, and a grilled cheese. They were all super fresh and hot with a pickle that comes on the side. The service was really good as the employees were extremely helpful and nice when I requested what was good there. The restaurant has a nice layout and a pretty neat setting with indoor and outdoor seating. Overall this place is really good and I totally recommend it.
