The Meltdown

I took this order to go which may have been part of the problem. There was a fair amount of fries but unfortunately the ends were crispy and the middle was mushy. I was super excited to try the grilled cheese as I love provolone and have never tried a white sharp cheddar before. The bread was crispy and just the right shade of brown but the cheese flavor inside was dominated by the flavor of the American cheese slices, even the sharp cheddar. I was looking forward to balanced flavors and I was disappointed. I will probably try some of their other sandwiches and update my review with those.

Take this with a grain of salt, but I'm just going to share what went through my head as I was eating. "These fries are bland. I've never had fries that NEED ketchup... Yup, now all I taste is ketchup. This sandwich is a pain to chew. Do I need to exercise my jaw since I don't spend time flapping my gums? I wonder what kind of guy likes this and how they train their jaw? Well that's not a PG mental image. This meat is... Well there's sauce... And pickle? Whoever heard of a bland pickle? I never would have noticed. The bread has more flavor than the meat. I wonder what a slim Jim and thousand island dressing would taste like.. should have made a PBJ for lunch today. Yup, I'm done; just going to spit this mouthful out, toss the rest, and drink a regular monster for some flavor. I'll eat when

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered from DoorDash and the fruit my girlfriend ordered wasn’t there. The strawberries for the treatin myself were missing as well. I also paid extra for jalapeños and they were missing as well. I will never order from here again. The food that showed up is horrible looking at best.

Ordered DoorDash to my hotel from a long day and it definitely hit the spot. Everything was hot and fresh and beyond filling. I couldn’t even finish it. Would definitely recommend and order again.

I ordered from door dash and got yet another horrible experience here. I ordered the hot mess and the giddyup melts. The hot mess came with no meat only cheese and a pickle. The giddyup had burnt brisket ends and very few of them to boot with a slice of cheese and nothing else. Reached out to door dash and they said they couldn't do anything without reaching out to the store. Never ordering here again. This is the 5th time I've given this place a chance over the last 6 months and I have been consistently let down.
