While we were in the Hershey area, my wife and I decided to check out The Mill in Hershey. From start to finish, our experience was outstanding. I ordered the Beef Barley soup and the “Mill” Burger, while my wife took advantage of their Thursday Steak Night special, which is $29 per person. My soup was full of rich flavor in every bite. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly, with crispy, well-cooked bacon that added a delicious crunch. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her steak, which was cooked just right and served with mashed potatoes and carrots. She said everything on her plate was delicious. Our server was attentive, polite, and very knowledgeable about the menu and its offerings—definitely an A++ for her service. The dining area at The Mill has a warm, rustic feel with its wood and br

We came here for dinner on a Saturday evening in December. We didn’t have a reservation. We sat a the bar and we were immediately greeted by the bartender and he provided menus. We ordered drinks and then shared the calamari and crab cake entree. The calamari came out quickly and it was good. They had some banana pepper rings in there too and I like that. The crab cake meal came out as we were finishing up the calamari. There was a big topping of micro greens on both the appetizer and the entree. The crab cake was a little on the dry side but it was still good. The bartender was personable and attentive. I think his name was Devin. The atmosphere in the bar was casual and easygoing. Prices were comparable to other restaurants in the area. Parking was easy - there is a big lot next to

Visiting town for work and came across this spot online and so glad we did! The atmosphere is rustic-chic with an amazing patio that really sets the tone. We started with the beef barley soup, which was fantastic and loaded with generous chunks of filet. For our mains, we ordered the crab cakes and they absolutely delivered; two hefty 4 oz cakes made with pure crab and no filler whatsoever. Truly outstanding. Our server was friendly and fast. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town!

In fairness we only had hamburgers and a glass of wine/ spirits. The burger was good. Our first visit there. It's a bar restaurant ( in a historic building which was cool). We also stopped in mid afternoon so it was between lunch/ dinner times. So it was quiet ( which is hard to say if it would be during prime dining times) and of course service was good. A good place for a meal in route for sure and probably for meeting up with friends.

FOOD: Tonight’s dinner was a beautiful blend of highs and lows, but the star of the show was undeniably the confit duck. Served with poached carrots infused with garlic, tender potatoes, and crisp green beans, the dish arrived looking rustic yet refined. The duck itself was exceptional — a perfectly crispy, golden shell giving way to meat that quite literally fell apart at the touch of a fork. Rich, savory, and deeply flavorful, it was the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate it. Absolutely divine. The Brisket was very tender and flavorful as well. If you order request the bbq sauce on the side, so you can enjoy the brisket. Above average brisket from a restaurant. Unfortunately, the Apple Crisp Old Fashioned was a sharp detour from excellence. Despite the prom
