Friendly and inviting atmosphere! I get a Face-lift twice a week when I make the trip into town of appointments. Drink is ALWAYS consistent and full of flavor!

Friendly atmosphere and a great product. I like the option to go in for a healthy and filling meal replacement shake during my short lunch breaks daily. It's pricey but completely worth it to me. The shakes are a much healthier option than fast food and no cleanup at home. The staff have been friendly and welcoming every time I've been in.

Went in yesterday to get a tea, haven’t had one in a while. Normally I go to eastside, well When I went in (I was literally the only person) she (young girl with the nails on register right before the owner walked out) rudely told me to go back to the iPad and “sign in” when any other tea shop just takes my order if I’m the only one and some don’t even care…Still had a bad attitude when I placed my order too, but the lady right after me she sure was super friendly with. Typically when several people are there absolutely I’ll sign right in. I definitely won’t go back to the mix….after a while if going this was the first and last encounter from a rude employee. Awful. When you first walk in you HAVE to “sign in” with your first and last name, email address, phone number and how you heard of them. I didn’t want to give out all that information. We were then told to order the complementary tea- we didn’t want the tea. The lady told us we were paying for it anyways so might as well order it. How is that complementary if I’m paying for it? Too many smoothie options to choose from and they didn’t know how to make them- the protein mix that’s added to it is SO CHALKY it was just disgusting. When it came down to pay for our order, I was asked if I signed in, I told the lady that I didn’t feel comfortable and she snapped back telling me I have to for a “speedy check out” and there wasn’t any way around it. Not worth your time. Rude, unfriendly and poor customer service skills. I walked up to the counter to order the girl running register was on her watch. She looked up at me, kept talking to another worker then looked back down at her watch plain as day up to her face and started scrolling again. I stood there for over a minute while she ignored me it took another worked asking me if I was ready to order for her to get off her watch.
