Was working downtown for the day, and it was the only place open, had heard about it before and this was the perfect opportunity. Large seating area inside and out on the patio or even bar seating. They have a wide array of menu items, from breakfast to pizza and burgers. It is counter service and will bring it to your table. I had the vegetarian burger with fries and a drink. While the burger was tasty, it was missing something, maybe a spicy spread or something. Definitely will be back to try the pizza or breakfast. Went back a few days ago had the turkey club on foccia omg that bread was heavenly!

The Monica is that downtown spot everyone talks about -- and now I totally get why. I came for an outdoor fitness event and ended up falling in love with the restaurant just as much as the workout. Their menu runs from bright, refreshing açaí bowls to hearty breakfast plates, and they are absolutely vegan- and vegetarian-friendly. The vegan tamale? Divine. Like, don't-skip-it level good. The whole space has this indoor/outdoor vibe that's airy, fun, and effortlessly cool, plus they've got a full bar to round it all out. It's no surprise this place is a local favorite -- I'm officially a fan too.

Meh at best. Love the concept but delivery on the concept lacking. Charro breakfast burrito looks nothing like the pic when you order. Chilaquiles was more like a tostada, but great flavor. Cinnamon roll took FOREVER as it was cold when delivered initially... took it back up and after 10 minutes had to go find out where it was. Disappointing experience and on the fence for returning .

Weekday lunchtime can be busy. This is a walk up to the counter and order place. While they have individual table QR codes to order from your table, the connection is very slow so we went up to the counter. Follow the arrows on the ground to order. Accepts El Charro gift card....remember get them in July for special discounts. The seared ahi tuna tostada was delightful and had a wide variety of toppings including edamame. A little light on the spicy guacamole. Tostada shells were average. Pickup some extra napkins as it can be messy. The burger was delicious. The walnut brownie is simply great. Moist and with a firm top. Patio tables are available and a lot quieter.

Skip it! Over 25 minutes for drinks to be served????? I had to ask a 2nd time for drinks, and still waited and it was a Wednesday at 3:15 in the afternoon. We finished the much too SALTY (we should have sent it back), pasta with sage before the drinks finally came! This was our 3rd visit 1/21/26 this week. SERVICE today and meal were TERRIBLE! From waiting 15 minutes for some to take the order at the register because the guy was on the phone, it went down hill from there. Someone else finally came and took the order, the woman should have stepped in to take up the slack much sooner. And not dropped the ball on the drinks! Hate to think what they do if it gets busy. They lost us tonight though, won’t be back…it’s too bad it could be so great….
