The Munch by Pump & Munch

The Munch is a great spot for a quick stop, offering a lot of snacks and convenience foods. But the best reason to pass by is an affordable lunch. Their Boar's Head Sub sandwiches are delicious and you can order it your way, fully custom. The people that work there are very kind and remember a face/name 🙂‍↕️ I go at least once a week during my lunch break.

Great place great bakery and the service from Mr Jorge is the best.

I come to the lejeune road establishment three times a week.. there's an older gentleman in there that makes the best subs and most of all he gives a great feel for the place! We need more people in this world like him.

Came in to try it out for breakfast staff not friendly ordered 2 eggs bacon and french fries. Spend $17 for this and a bottle of water and the Lady tells me to grab my fries out of the hotdog bar when I told her that that’s not what I ordered I ordered french fries and showed the picture of their website. She stated that’s all they have. Smh never again

(this review is about my visit at around 11:30 pm last night) well, so much for enjoying my first real meal of the day. i am away from home for work and didn’t have anything to eat here so i went over to get a sub, excited to eat something yummy. but this was not like the subs from the munch i usually go to off red road. they bathed it in oil and vinegar, forgot the cheese and by the time i biked back to where i’m staying the bread was so soggy it fell apart in my hands. i thought i could trust him so i walked off to get chips but i guess i should’ve stood there to make sure it wouldn’t get messed up. anyways, here’s of a photo of my sad sandwich. with no cheese in sight… ☹️ Update: i came in for the complementary meal and it was a completely different experience. i thank the man who made
