Music was excessively loud outside our home while a baby was sleeping. The driver was asked politely to turn it down and refused. Very rude and inconsiderate, with no regard for our peace in our own home.

This ice cream truck drives through my apartment complex every week which is a no soliciting gated apartment complex and plays the music excessively loud. Its disruptive to the community and somehow he gets in. Our community invites food trucks and local sweet shops to set up outside the gates, but somehow this truck gets in our gates and disrupts our community.
