Yesterday I dined at Noble Fox. Been there twice in a month and can't praise it enough! The food was amazing, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service from our server, Aaron was great. His attention to detail and friendliness truly enhanced our dining experience. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed, but Aaron did just that. It was a fantastic meal and outstanding service, I highly recommend Noble Fox.

Great food and fantastic microbrews! We stopped here for lunch during a visit to the Lithia Park and found this to be a super central location to the heart of downtown Ashland (Japanese Gardens, Ashland downtown, Lithia Park trailhead) I ordered one of their local burgers and one of their in house red ales and was really pleased with the portions and freshness of their on tap ale. The price felt very fair for both the portions, service and the quality of what my wife and I ordered. To note: the city of Ashland does collect a small tax on food and lodging, so this will be reflected on your bill (though it isn't a restaurant fee). Living in Medford, this is definitely a spot we will be coming back to!

Top tier wings and cheese curds, drinks were great and decently priced for the quality. Fish n chips here is pretty legendary, might be the best ive had in years. Steak frites was great just needed a bit more salt on the meat. The fries are the thin battered frozen kind which I dont mind but id prefer a fry with more potato in it. Our server was very personable and great to work with, though she seemed a bit spread thin. Certainly on the pricier side but given the quality of food, location, and generally great vibes from the staff id say its well worth it. These guys are really trying to do everything at a high level and I really respect that. Excited to bring my mom back here for those fish n chips. Thanks Noble Fox for a great experience for me and my wife and friends.

This review is specifically for the Noble Burger and Parmesan Herb Fries. I've had genuinely excellent food at Noble Fox before, which makes this visit a tough two stars. First, the positives: The atmosphere here is great, and the fact that they brew beer on site is exciting to see. Now, the disappointing part of the visit. The service itself was okay, but a minor issue was that our check wasn't split, despite asking for it before we placed our order. The initial presentation of the food was great, and some elements were perfect: the sauce was excellent, and the brioche bun was a fantastic choice. However, the burger quickly fell short. The biggest disappointment was the overly charred exterior of the grass-fed patty, which unfortunately made the whole flavor profile taste burned. The

Stumbled upon this place while walking around downtown Ashland. It’s a brewery with the big tanks visible from the bar area - that’s cool! Unlike other breweries, they also have drinks other than just beer or cider. I tried two of the cocktails and both were beautiful and delicious! No detail was spared - mint leaves, dried lemon/lime ring, stemware and ice depending on type of drink. Brunch was great with an amazing DIY Bloody Mary bar. I ordered the Traditional Breakfast: Eggs were garnished with green herbs, potatoes were well seasoned, bacon extra crisp, the butter even came in an individual foil sealed tin. The care, detail, and expense shows they are a small local business who still believes in high quality products and service. The service is stellar! The food was great! The drinks
