The Noodle Way

Wow the spicy beef noodle soup was incredible! Noodle is fresh and comes in different shapes! Beef are tender and chunky - and in super generous amount! Broth is well balanced. Exactly what you would get back in China! I enjoyed every bite of it! The Taiwanese fried chicken was also amazing but I got filled up with the noodle soup. Will try their bubble tea next time!

This afternoon, I stopped by this new restaurant that just opened up. Tried the tomato soup noodle — the broth was absolutely delicious, sweet, and really fresh. The pan-fried dumplings were super fragrant and crispy, and the dipping sauce was unique and full of flavor. It had a strong garlic aroma that went perfectly with the dumplings. The bubble milk tea was rich in tea flavor, and the boba was really chewy — I loved it! The service was super attentive, and the place was spotless. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I tried the braised beef noodle Taiwan style and loved it, the beef was super tender, they have a variety of noodles to choose from and I decided to go with the udon which tasted fresh plus it had a nice texture. The broth was amazing and perfect for the weather, their Thai tea was 10/10, not too sweet but you have the option of making it extra sweet. I’ll definitely be going back 😆

I ordered the Braised Beef Noodle Soup Taiwan Style - Choice of Noodle:: Udon - Combo Meal: Classic Milk Tea Food was delicious, portion was generous and flavor exceeded expectations. This place is a gem and has been so long desired. You know when you're like why do I have to go to Queens or Manhattan for great food? The service is very kind. I will definitely be coming here regularly. Reminds me of my time at Stony Brook and a similar restaurant that had opened. This one will succeed, thanks for choosing our community!

I had braised beef Taiwanese noodle soup. Delicious and filling. Right amount of spice and aromatic. Couldn’t take a better photo because it smelled great and I had to dig in fast.
