The North Bowl-Acai and Smoothies

Stopped in for breakfast this morning for the first time here and the gentleman in the front greeted me upon entry and had amazing service! I got their Penaut butter plunge and a custom bowl with the blue base and it was better than expected! Definitely a good place in Jersey City

The staff is super sweet and as a self-proclaimed acai bowl connoisseur (lol) the acai bowls are great! The fruit is super fresh and the acai is scooped to order. The portion is larger than it looks, can definitely give you a full filling and they load it to the top. The establishment is CLEAN!!! Which is so important especially dealing with food items that have potential to attract bugs from sweetness. My order: Acai base, +collagen mix-in, strawberry, banana, mango, GF+ Nut free granola, chia seeds, and coconut flakes *chefs kiss*

Visited North Bowl in Newport, the service was decent and efficient. The smoothies were really good, fresh, and flavorful, with lots of options to choose from. A nice spot if you’re looking for something quick and refreshing.

They offer a good selection of smoothies and light breakfast options. I dropped by late afternoon and ordered a pink yeti which has pineapple, mango and almond milk in it. The store was not jammed with customers around the clock. Staff was really helpful with answering your questions. It is a really good spot for a quick healthy meal in general.

The mini Ice Cap bowl tastes good, but it’s absolutely overpriced. At $13, the portion is tiny, not even bigger than a hand, with very little fruit and yogurt. On top of that, the staff was unwelcoming and didn’t even offer a smile. Overall, not worth the price.
