This little healthy bar is a jewel in Holly Springs! They serve healthy meal replacement shakes, organic bone broth, hydrating energizing teas (with no crash), protein cookies and protein balls. Great stop for fast nutrition. Good vibes. Great service. They have sofas and wifi and good music. Dog friendly!

Very disappointed with this location. The loaded teas are watered down and completely flavorless — nothing like the other shops that serve similar drinks. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth it

Always delicious! My go to stop 4 to 5 times a week for a healthy breakfast or lunch. Rick the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, has great recipes, and always makes sure you are happy with the product. Blueberry Cheesecake is my favorite shake. Best protein shakes, no bad protein taste, feels so wrong but so right. The teas are delicious and gives you that boost of energy we all need at times. There is also an awesome personal training studio available! All you need in one spot for healthy choices! I highly recommend the Nutrition Fix!
