The Other Store

My husband Enrique and I absolutely love The Other Store. They are always warm, friendly and feel like family. The food is amazing whether it is breakfast or lunch. They remember our little family and even give a lollipop to our daughter in her absence. Highly recommend the Italian and Reuben sandwiches-our go to!!!!

Nice little place. The only thing I didn’t like was that some of the sandwiches if they get toasted, they are burnt. I don’t like my bread burnt. I got the roast beef and the bread as you can see in the pics is too burnt to my liking. I also got the Reuben. I didn’t like the cheddar cheese, so I switched it for provolone but the meat didn’t have any flavor at all. Didn’t seem cooked to me. Didn’t like it at all. The only sandwich I did like was the turkey, spinach with avocado. Great sandwich! Bread was a little burnt, but it was a 9/10! I would buy it again! Sandwiches come with chips and a slice of pickle. Went and got a Kids Turkey with Swiss on wheat. Very moist and delicious! Got pasta salad on the side. Very good!!!!!!!

Hidden gem in the Forest Acres neighborhood. Local people and a long time location. Inside an old country store don’t be fooled by the exterior,inside delicious food and cakes await. Local folks are loyal customers almost like home. The Greek Turkey sandwich is a favorite and the homemade soups are delicious
