Customer Reviews
I took my neice here and we decided to eat it in the car just due to how busy they were. I forgot to take a picture of hers but she got the seasonal one of candied pecans and I forgot the rest of the name however she throughly enjoyed it. I ordered the sesonal carmel apple cobbler and included pictures. It was served in separate containers since we got it to go if we got it for there the ice cream would of been served on top of the cobbler that is served warm. We both enjoyed it but want to try numerous items on the menu so we came up with a plan for next time we go. We will order one cobbler to share but an extra ice cream due to just the amount they give you of the cobbler and then we can try another item on the menu as well. If you have small children or just want a smaller portio
Southern Hospitality not included! I was pretty excited to see a fresh dessert spot open up in Queen Creek. Went with the cobbler flight thinking it was going to be a great value to try different flavors. Four 1/3 cup cobbler cups and two half scoops of ice cream later, I was left let down and $20 lighter. I will say the classic peach cobbler flavor was good, but the rest left something to be desired. Also, I get that we need to employ the kids in the area. But we need to be training them on how to work and give some customer service. Even a hello when walking in would be an improvement.
I ordered a flight of 12 cobblers for a pre-Thanksgiving gathering. Everyone preselected the flavor they wanted to try. I ordered two days in advance, picked my pickup time, and walked in the store one minute early. I was told they would be right with me as she finished up an order. She then asked what she could get started for me. I told her I had pickup so she went to ask someone in the back; came back and said they were finishing it up. Five minutes later a girl came out, scooped a SMALL container of ice cream and went in the back. A couple of minutes later she brought out my box and apologized for the wait. I asked if the ice cream was in the box. She said yes. I opened the box, 5 small ice creams and 12 cobblers which I questioned. She just looked at me. I guess me and my
From the moment I walked in I did see the sign on the door that says please forgive us from the nail salon smell coming into our facility, that did not bother me. What bothered me was the fact that this is supposed to be an east coast Midwest facility owned. It did not feel like home, the peach cobbler was lacking flavor. The peaches were straight out of a can not cooked. So if that's what you're looking for this is a place for you, not for me.The banana pudding was not homemade? It tastes like box pudding too much whipped cream and way too many cookies. You could not enjoy the flavors at all so again, if you like things this thrown together from out of a box this might be a place for you. I know I will NOT returning to this place.
This was our first time visiting, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the start. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted in a welcoming way or made to feel like the staff wanted us there. Since it was our first time, we asked a few questions about the menu and what they offered, hoping for some recommendations. Instead, the responses were very minimal and uninterested—mostly just short answers like “yeah,” without any effort to explain or suggest anything. For the price point, we were expecting food that tasted more homemade and thoughtfully prepared. Unfortunately, a lot of it tasted like it came straight out of a can rather than being freshly made. The cobbler was especially surprising. Instead of having that classic crumbly cobbler topping, it tasted more like pie dou
