Customer Reviews
The staff was incredibly friendly and sweet. Absolutely loved her energy! She wore glasses, had her hair tied back, and was so welcoming and kind. The ice cream was delicious and we got coconut matcha, chocolate, and Dubai chocolate. The texture was well balanced between gelato and ice cream, so it didn’t feel too heavy. The flavors were great and the pricing felt super reasonable compared to other gelato and ice cream spots imo
The ice cream here blows your mind - not just the flavor but the texture - so light and fluffy. I enjoyed cones of bitter caramel and orange chocolate, then asked for the tasting of Tahitian vanilla and I’ve never had vanilla ice cream like that before. Everything is made completely from scratch. The service was very good. It may seem expensive at $8 a shot but at least that includes a free handmade waffle cone.
I love their hand crafted ice creams! They also offer special toppings such as grill marshmallow. Very interesting. The butter caramel, roasted corn blueberry and coffee flavors are all taste good! You can taste the fresh ingredients and I love the sweetness level. Not too sweet and it’s exactly the right amount. Highly recommend!
I had to check out Palo Alto’s newest ice cream shop! The shop is bright and cute and the people who work there are extremely friendly. They let me taste like seven different flavors! The ice cream style is a little more icy than creamy/fatty, it reminds me of gelato. What really stood out though are the flavors! Someone in the kitchen is a flavor master. The chamomile apricot tasted like an apricot creamsicle. The pineapple sorbet tasted so fresh and juicy, like pineapple when it’s perfectly ripe. The mint is very herbal with bitter chocolate. The bitter caramel is pleasantly sweet but with a bite, similar to Salt and Straw’s old rye flavor. The vegan chocolate rivals Humphrey Slocombe’s - it’s intense, dark, and satisfying. But my favorite was the verve coffee flavor. It’s a flavor bur
WARNING: You will not find another ice cream shop like it! And this is coming from an ice cream connoisseur! Of course the chocolate and caramel are to die for, but my personal favorite is the mint chip. Made from locally sourced mint leaves, it will make you want to give up mint chip ice cream unless you get it here!
