The Platinum Pebble Boutique Hotel & Inn

My wife and I were so pleased with our stay at The Platinum Pebble it took us a few days to collect our thoughts into a cohesive review. We visited during the offseason (December 13-15) for a couple of days away prior to the holiday craziness and to recognize my wife’s birthday that had occurred the week prior. We had never stayed with The Platinum Pebble previously and found the property through a web search and examination of the reviews; many of which were so gracious one wondered if they had lots of friends that had stayed with them. Once we arrived there was no doubt those reviews were travelers such as us that were just blown away. We were so well taken care of at the Platinum Pebble! Sharon and Shawn were very welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed, including lots of little extras. The 3 course breakfast each morning is something you’d find at a five star restaurant. It was amazing. They are also very knowledgeable about the area with no limit to suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Cannot wait to return!

Sharon and Shawn were absolutely wonderful—attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of our needs. I’ve never felt so pampered. The room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was a true highlight. The large soaking tub (complete with a rubber ducky!) was such a charming touch, and the separate shower featured both a rain head and a handheld shower head.||The food was fantastic—homemade, fresh, and made to order. Sharon even had breakfast ready right when I mentioned I was ready to eat. Every detail felt personal and well cared for.||Overall, our bed-and-breakfast stay was truly exceptional. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

A truly exceptional stay! Best Veterans Day I've had in a long time thanks to Sharon and Shawn. We had the Cozy room which may be the smallest in size but was absolutely perfect for us. When you walked in there was a beautiful floral arrangement from Star Market and amazing chocolates from Stage Top. The property is serene and inviting. The breakfast was amazing, bullet coffee may go back just for that alone ;) Every detail thought out and meticulously planned. Was wonderful to meet fellow Veterans at the wine and cheese event. Weather was cold but Shawn took the time to guide us on best way to get to the beach, a coffee to go, goodies for the road, a perfect ending. We made a quick trip to Cape Cod to see the cranberry bogs as it was harvesting time. A wonderful trip that did not disappoint. We stayed at The Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn which was absolutely beautiful and really, perfect for our two-night stay. The inn keepers, Shawn and Sharon are so friendly and accommodating and the Inn itself was charming and over-the-top with amenities. It was too cold for us to take advantage of the swimming pool but the grounds and surrounding area (fire pit & gardens) were gorgeous. At the far end of the property was a chicken house that added to the experience. ||West Harwich is a tiny village with some shopping and eateries; however, Chatham and Orleans offer a lot more options and both towns are just a short drive away.
