From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt warm and welcoming with a true home-style atmosphere. The sweet tea was excellent, the chicken-fried steak was clearly made from scratch, and the eggs were fresh and real. A great experience overall

This was my first time here. My daughter brought me. We sat outside and the atmosphere was very nice. Our waitress was super nice and friendly and checked on us often to refill our drinks. I got the chicken fried steak lunch portion with mashed potatoes and green beans and it was just the perfect amount. I will definitely come back! This place was fantastic!

Visited 8-9-25 We didnt know WHAT to expect, but it was all good. Welcomed as soon as we walked in, sat where we wanted, it wasn't busy, and waitresses were helping each other out. Fried pickles were very very crispy, were kinda salty, but the hot sauce took some of that away. I got the catfish and shrimp basket, with onion rings,hush puppies, and corn. Fried fish and grilled shrimp, both had an amazing taste. Onion rings were amazing, but maybe could have been fried a little longer. Wife had chicken fried chicken, cucumber salad,and potatoes and rolls (soft and delicious) Daughter had a club sammich with fries, she said it was good.. If I see on the menu anything "buffalo" i have to try the sauce. And I did get it and it didnt disappoint, it complimented the fried pickles and fish just

Had this place on my "to go" list for a while now. The atmosphere was great and relaxing, just what's needed for breakfast. The service was excellent! Unfortunately, wasn't the biggest fan of the food or coffee. Wanted coffee stronger. The works omelet was good, but did not meet my expectations. The hash browns were salty. The steak was ok better after salt and pepper. Pancake was good.
