Customer Reviews
We had such a wonderful dining experience at the public kitchen during our stay in Savannah. The service is outstanding, warm and welcoming. The food is exceptional, we loved everything we ordered, including the baked brie (addicting), farro apple salad, shrimp and grits (wowza), cheeseburger and the seared salmon. I enjoyed the CH. CRU GODARD côtes de bordeaux-francs, fr. '22 by the glass. And we finished off with the chocolate dessert. Ashley was such an amazing server, so cute, fun and full of great recs! She made my mom feel extra special for her birthday! I highly recommend dining here. I don’t think they take reservations but you can go to the coffee bar next door and wait after putting your name down.
We had the brussel sprouts as an appetizer which werr great - broiled and a little saucy but just right. The house cocktails were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my thick pork chop. My italian cook wife was not impressed with the bolognese, but shes hard to please there. Rooftop was great, atmosphere all around was nice and the service was excellent even on the roof. Stongky recommend.
Went for dinner while in Savannah and ordered the shrimp and grits — and I’m not exaggerating when I say these are the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. Easily a top five dish of my life. The shrimp were perfectly cooked — tender with a great snap — and the grits were rich, creamy, and deeply flavorful without feeling heavy. Everything was balanced. Nothing overpowered anything else. It’s one of those dishes where you take the first bite and immediately stop talking for a second. The space has a warm, polished-but-relaxed vibe that fits Savannah perfectly. It feels upscale without being stuffy. Service was attentive and friendly. If you’re in Savannah and debating where to eat, put this at the top of your list. I’d go back just for that dish alone.
This is a great find for those who are gluten free like me! I liked it so much, we came back a second time in our stay in Savannah. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, so it was quite a treat to have gluten free fries! They let me order the gluten free chicken tenders and fries from the kid’s menu (+parmesan and truffle oil.) So good! The second day I got the gluten free stuffed squash, which was also super yummy. My friend loved the apple grilled cheese and salmon bruschetta. The cocktails were also to die for!
Great first experience. Awesome Food and Vibes. Our server Stella did a good job keeping an eye on us. The Duck Confit was So Delicious. My wife had the Smothered Pork Loin, which was very tasty. The Baked Brie dip was a perfect way to start our meal. We'll be back for sure.
