The River Cafe

9/10 Vibes 10/10 Food 10/10 Music 10/10 Security I’ve been to this restaurant twice already and haven’t regretted it since. Beautiful atmosphere, the menu was amazing, the bar is fabulous and the bartenders were even better. I would definitely recommend this spot for a fun night out.

I give this place an overall 8.5!!! The vibe is good, service was decent. Although i was surprised by some of their food choices, I enjoyed what I had. My food was seasoned to perfection 🤩. My takeaways are to step up their game on the desserts, they only had cupcakes and to be listed as an upscale buffet, the desserts should be top tier. The bar and lounge is a grown atmosphere but was a lil disappointed in not being fully stocked. i did have a lemon drop and it was guuddd, bartender did her thang. Didn’t try the pizza yet, but soon. I’m sure once all the kinks are straightened out, this place is going to be a great place to go especially as we go into the warmer months. Best Wishes❣️

Our meal had far too much salt in it. But the server offered to remake it, and that was really wonderful on their part. We didn’t accept their generous offer, but it was amazing that they did ask. We were there pretty late in the day so I guess they were done for the evening.. probably more suited to a younger crowd. And maybe the extra salt was ideal for those looking to drink, but it wasn’t to my taste.

The food was definitely made with love, someone auntie in the kitchen doing what she loves. Buffet was a good price for dinner and the selection was really good for all type of eaters. Couldnt upload the videos i took but tried to screen shot but it don’t do it justice. Will definitely coming back and recommending

First it was Latin Soul (amazing food, service, staff and atmosphere), then it was Indulge for a minute and now it’s River Cafe! The quality of food, the service/staff, and atmosphere went alllll the way down AND IN THAT ORDER! The food is horrible. We had oxtail empanadas…we still can’t identify the meat AND they made them with CHEESE!!! OXTAILS AND CHEESE DON’T EVEN BELONG IN THE SAME DAMN SENTENCE! The lobster mac n cheese was swimming in grease and we had yo take a search warrant out to find the slivers of lobster! We asked the waiter/server/greeter (who has the personality of a dead fish) all in one to take the cheese oxtail empanadas off the bill. She said oh no we don’t do that! The fact that at LUNCH time…there were FOUR patrons there. Oh and while the sign outside says River C
