Swing by this place because it is nicely need next the the Des Moines river. The place offer sandwiches and salad but on this day they didn't have anything other than salad. I ordered a huge chocolate chip cookie and a bottled Minute maid lemonade and watched the river for a bit.

Good food, no WiFi, awesome view, pleasant atmosphere. This place is in a heavily trafficked part of Des Moines. The river view is cool, but it’d be awesome if they would offer WiFi. It makes for a great creative place to work.

The location is really nice, and it was a beautiful night to sit outside by the river. I think would be a great place for a drink after work, but I wanted tea and expected a bigger selection for food. The tea selection was okay, but they only had pre-packaged sandwiches, pasta salad, and chips. I was hoping for other salad options! The staff was very friendly and the location is pretty great, just be prepared for a small food selection!

Bloody Mary bar Saturday mornings, best in Des Moines! (only during summer?) ...although prices went up quick :/

We love coming here. It's a great spot to hang out by the river on a nice day. However, we tried to come on a Friday morning at 9am and they weren't open... To me that's crazy. I get they want to stay open a little later since they serve alcohol but really?? You're a coffee shop too. We were really disappointed. Their hours online aren't even up to date. It says they open at 8am but the sign on their building says 10am. I wish they were open earlier but other than that I still recommend coming here.
