This was our first experience at a bed & breakfast. Jean Pace was a gracious host and just a really nice person. The house was very well appointed with period antiques and our room was absolutely beautiful. I am afraid that we have been spoiled and pampered. The room was very affordable. In fact, we had the whole house to ourselves. Mammoth Spring is a lovely town and the food at Fred's Fish is outstanding. We will return later this year. By the way, Jean fixes an excellent breakfast. We will certainly recommend the Roseland to our friends.

We stayed there 5 years ago & when a trip through her area took me there again I stayed there twice in the last month while passing through. Very nice & accomodating host. Nice little town, with shops, restaurants & a state park. No wi-fi of even a TV, so bring your own devices if you need to. Great breakfast served by the owner. Great place to stay!

While my daughter and her husband were in Missouri, visiting from New York, we planned a road trip with our first night destination at the Roseland Bed & Breakfast in Mammoth Springs, Arkansas. This nicely restored, historical house is an excellent value at only $52 per night per room. It has four rooms, but we had the whole place to ourselves. The Inn Keeper, Mrs. Pace did an excellent job of restoring the house with original trim, doors, and decor. The rooms were adequate, although I would have preferred large beds - we had a queen. In the morning, Mrs. Pace made us a nice breakfast and ate with us, while filling us in on the history of the house, which was once owned by a man who not only owned the hardware store in Mammoth Springs, but he also served on the town council, the schoo

Roseland Inn is a warm welcoming house. We were very comfortable. The purpose of our trip was to celebrate our anniv together and get some quiet time. Our first night there we came back to the house after a horrible meal at Fred's Fish House. After returning to the B&B, around 6:30PM, the owner, Jean showed up. We thought it was nice to have a little visit. The visit lasted until 9:30PM. So much for a bottle of wine together. The next morning she brought us breakfast, and much to our surprise, she sat down to eat with us, as well as the day after that. We love B&B's and enjoy meeting people but we didn't expect to share our vacation with the owner. Price was right. If you like towels that are not old and thread bare, bring your own.

I've stayed at Roseland on several occasions, since Mrs. Pace brought the property back to nearly original condition. The area is excellent for a multiple of things, relaxation being one of those things that is easily experienced while staying at Roseland. In my multiple stays, never had a problem, Mrs. Pace is most attentive to those who stay here, (as most know, Mrs. Pace is currently the Mayor of Mammoth Springs and as such is most attentive to those who stay and or pass through). Great place where I stay as often as possible.
