Customer Reviews
The restaurant was quite and easy to have a conversation. The staff was very friendly. Service was a bit slow for food to come and a to get the check. The food was delicious. Generous portions and great options. The steak was cooked perfectly. The white meat on the chicken was a little dry, but the dark meat was perfect.
Went as a large group. Atmosphere was quiet and secluded. Service was kind and attentive. Food was merely okay. Costs were painful. Wagyu and Bison Burgers were overcooked, dry, and meh (way pricier and less satisfying than In-n-Out or Red Robin or anywhere else), but the winter salad was good, even if it was almost too sweet. Someone had the Bison Chili and found it disappointing. I heard good things about the squash soup. Bunch of people got Bison strips and 1 got Ribeye. Those were probably okay, but still twice the price of going to Maddox up north which is the gold standard for steak. There is a kids menu. 2 kids got burgers, also dry (but only one would eat it), 1 got chicken tenders (which they ended up sharing with the first kid). Someone got a whole fish and another got a chicken
We had a fantastic meal! The bison strip steak was absolutely phenomenal—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The cheesy potatoes on the side were irresistibly good, rich and satisfying. My daughter ordered mac n’ cheese from the kids menu. My husband went for the bison burger and was thrilled with it. Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and great service—we’ll definitely be back!
We had the pleasure of dining at salt republic. It was our first experience there, so we enjoyed sampling quite a few dishes. The risotto (chef’s special) was delicious! The wild boar was next level delicious! The flat bread was a delicious appetizer and could be eaten as a lunch if you went at that time. The Wagu smash burger with bacon and avocado was tasty. The local special of elk, asparagus and mashed potatoes was the best!! I have never had my red meat that rare, but the chef knew what he was doing because it melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes were the best I’ve ever had!
The Wagyu pastrami sandwich was very flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, and the place was very comfortable. If you’re staying here it’s worth giving this place a try!
