Edit: this order was placed through Sourdough’s app. I called the number from the app to try to fix the problem. I never placed the order through DoorDash, don’t have a DoorDash account. So I am still out the money for my order and received no food. Ordered delivery for a coworker and myself who were stuck at work, working doubles. When the delivery came it only had her food and not mine. Called and they said they see it was shorted and they were sorry and I could come by and pick it up, I said I am stuck at work and can’t leave. She again apologized. I asked her to please refund the items I did not receive and she said she couldn’t. So now I’m not only stuck working 6 more hours without food, but I can’t get me money back. This place used to be good. The last 3 times I've been there the wait time is more than double what it used to be. Today I ordered, they didn't take my name and I waited for 20 minutes. I see them delivering food to many other people who walked in well after after I had ordered paid and seated. I asked where's my sandwich. He comes back with my cold, (hot) sandwich with wilted lettuce. I asked how long had it been sitting there; "only a couple minutes"... total BS since they can't do anything in a couple minutes. Whoever recently bought this place had better find some better help!

My boyfriend and our kids went to West Coast Sourdough today and ordered a total of four sandwiches, one of which was a grilled cheese. They received the order, had forgotten to make the French dip (even though it was on the receipt which had been sadly thrown out), the mac n cheese, and the grilled cheese wasn't even a grilled cheese. It was bread and slices of cheese. The wait was far too long for such below par service. My family reordered the French dip and mac n cheese (hadn't seen the state of the grilled cheese at this point) at which point we received the French dip but again, no Mac and Cheese. I don't mean to sound so upset but I'm ill at home with a migraine and I was genuinely looking forward to having that mac and cheese and my daughter was really excited for the grilled chee
