The Spice Box - Indian Street Food

I’m so surprised this was our first time hearing about it. So glad me and my partner got the late night munchies all of a sudden and that the other place we were gonna go to was closed. The owner was super nice and was super helpful helping us what to choose. The food smelled so good in my car and we were really looking forward to eating. We got the cheese butter masala rice bowl, Chana masala khati wrap and the Dubai chocolate cheesecake. Everything was super flavorful and we’re definitely gonna come back!! Thank you, Spice Box for the super yummy food!

Updated Review(October 2025): I’m bringing my review down to 2/5 because during my past few visits(during the time they show as open on Google Maps), they haven’t been functioning. At least have the courtesy to mark the location as closed when you aren’t working so that people don’t drive all the way to find your food truck not working. I absolutely LOVE this place!! This food truck offers great home cooked feeling dishes & is open late for those late night cravings 😁 my go to is the butter chicken over rice I have become a regular going at least twice a week.. The great food and friendly service every time keeps me coming back. 10/10 wish much success on this great small business

Absolutely loved this! Hands down one of the best spots in Charlotte. The fried rice and fresh fries were amazing — OMG! I honestly want to try everything on the menu, but I’ll pace myself and go slowly. As a South Indian, I have to say I really enjoyed this place. Thank you!
