The owners are so sweet and welcoming. The protein teas are tasty and low in sugar and calories. The protein meal replacement shakes are also good, I had peanut butter and banana! You can get it to go or hang out in their cute place! A swing chair and comfy couches are available.

Love this place! The staff is super friendly and welcoming — they make you feel right at home every time. I tried the banana pudding protein shake and it was so good — creamy, flavorful, and packed with protein. It’s the perfect post-workout treat or even a guilt-free dessert. Can’t wait to come back and try more flavors!

I enjoy this place as much for the social experience as I do their products. Natasa and Ness are total Rock Stars, who are an absolute joy to be around. Highly recommend to anyone to become a patron of “The Spot!” You will not regret it and you will come back.
