With all love and respect, I am sharing this review to give people a heads up and an opportunity for you guys to serve your people better.. Cute place, it’s in the center of downtown… however the vibe I got from this plan if that it’s really just a real estate agent co working place that added a coffee counter for the real estate agent’s convenience NOT for the customer. For the ownershop here, i HIGHLY recommend rebranding this place and just keeping this private. The lady upfront was nice, but you need to have a bathroom that’s for paying customers to use as well as let your paying customers sit in other parts of the space versus just a tiny little spot upfront. Also, if you want to increase customer flow & loyalty, it would be best to not to construction & repairs on the front door du

3/13/25 @~1142 Came in today to sit down and have a coffee while working on my 86 year old dad's taxes. The shop is nice, but limited to the front where the remaining part of the space is reserved for the Realtors. I was told in a half hearted manner from the "barista" that I would have to buy coffee if I were to work in the shop. I assured her that there is a great need for coffee for what I was about to undertake. I came back in with my laptop and a 12x12 box with my dad's tax info. Once the "barista" saw this, she started asking more invasive questions in a tone I would characterize as "snooty". Sensing this I told her that I would go somewhere else which the "barista" gladly agreed. My family have been in Sulphur Springs for 97+ years. I have seen places come and go in the squ

Came in early one morning with the family and enjoyed their matcha latte and some other smal pastry items that they had readily available. We came in during a slow wave through the business, ordered our drinks and were given them promptly, service was okay, the person seemed new and didn’t have the entire knowledge of the menu which is okay! She maintained great communication and apologized feverishly about the delay in ordering which we were in no hurry and understood. The drinks were great, the pastries are tasty, and the prices were reasonable! If we are even in the area again, will definitely stop by and try the breakfast menu and maybe one of their specialty drinks too. A great little addition to the square downtown in SS!

Don't bother calling. The phone number goes to the restaurant next door and it took me FOREVER to get through the automated/AI call menu only to have a different business answer the phone, be confused and act like I am the weird one in the situation, and then put me on hold instead of answering the simple question "is the coffee shop open". When they picked the phone back up I had to re-ask again.

Cute Coffee shop and love they are serving Italian lavazza coffee! Try the maple walnut biscotti!
