Customer Reviews
Extremely underwhelming. The brisket and ribs were bone-dry and lacked any memorable flavor. To make matters worse, the dining environment was unpleasant due to a persistent smell coming from the bathrooms. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. Now I got to admit, the corn is fire! 👍👌 PD: pretty expensive for the quality.
We dined in for lunch. The staff were friendly and offered good service. The restaurant was clean and cozy. The food was good, the ribs were a little tougher than expected, everything else was excellent.
We came here 9/20/25. First v timers and was not disappointed. Corn ribs and wings both really good starters. We tried a little of a bunch. The beef rib has to be tried. Regular ribs have a nice smoke on them and not overwhelming. Brisket plate really good also with a nice bark on it too. Put beans are a definite try, Coleslaw was good, almost tasted like a Russian type dressing on it. We will be making the trip again gor sure
Their house made bbq is phenomenal. The pulled pork was really good. The beans were great. The Mac and cheese is completely uninspired and boring. As someone who is from out of town and has always had “St Louis BBQ” from afar I was very confused that they only served ribs on Sunday. I like pulled pork almost as much so not a dealbreaker for me, but definitely something someone will care about.
Thank you google reviews for helping us find this spot. From the outside, it doesn't stand out much from the other buildings around it (aside from the awesome mural). The smell however was heavenly! The staff were super friendly, and ordering was a breeze. We were able to take our choice of seats. We opted to sit outside where we enjoyed a little live music with our meal. The food arrived hot and the taste was (as it says on the mural outside) out of this world. I had picked fries as my side, and even those were amazing. We will certainly be back again.
