Great food with an amazing service. If your on a road trip. Or staying at a lodge. Or simply trying to find a place to eat this place is a must. They have an amazing variety of pastries, Breakfast options, Lunch options and coffee and tea. We are coming back when we are in town.

Very much enjoyed our breakfast at The Sugar Shack!! We have a place in Mi Wuk & have frequented for many years, before and after the change in ownership. We're always happy with each visit. Food, as always, was on point. I don't know the name of the purple drink. I think it was a kind of lemonade. It was a great recommend by the staff. 😋 They all know the menu and aren't shy to give you a suggestion which is so helpful because EVERY SINGLE THING looks amazing!! Enjoyed the banter with the cashier as well. You don't get that kind of friendliness as often on the day to day. We'll be back to the Shack next time guys! Thanks for taking care of the lot of us!! 😋🥰

We stopped to get breakfast on the way from Sonora to Dodge ridge ski resort. This little breakfast place offered lots of baked goods and breakfast meals. We got scones, cookies, cheese cake cup and everything was delicious. Also, the breakfast burrito, scrambled eggs, and breakfast sandwich were very good. The staff were friendly. There are some table inside and plenty of outside seatings.

We visit here every time we go to Sonora. The pastries are divine!! They even have gluten-free pastires (cookies, scones etc) which are some of the best I've had. The roast pork is a must get if it's available. It's great in the breakfast burrito.

Melissa and her team are so amazing at what they do. There are yummy food options for everyone and the coffee is literally the best!!! The staff is so sweet and kind. This is our Sunday tradition before heading out to hike. We love our Sugar Shack staff and delicious food.
